Use topics to organize your notes. Organize your topics in a hierarchy to manage complexity and later to help you find and filter your notes. A topic can also be a leaf in two separate hierachies.
Use notes to represent your insights, thoughts, best practices, meeting notes, journal entries, etc. Connect your notes to one or more topics. Connecting a note to more than one topic establishes a connection between topics that will later help you find notes.
Use actions to manage your to dos. Connect an action to a note so that the note can provide both context to complete the action and an integrated place to record the resolution of the action.
